A little clarity

Before you make your move.

What is a pasalo or assume-balance property?

The current owner has partly paid for a property and transfers their rights or interest to a new buyer, who takes on the remaining obligation. Every transfer depends on the developer's or lender's own approval, which Pasabid cannot guarantee.

Does the highest offer always win?

No. Pasabid is a timed best-offer marketplace, not an auction. The seller weighs the amount alongside payment readiness, financing conditions and closing timeline, and may accept, counter or decline any offer.

What does Pasabid charge?

The target model is a 5% success commission on the seller's actual cash consideration, payable on successful closing under the applicable signed agreement. It is never calculated on the remaining balance or the original contract price.

Who handles the regulated brokerage work?

A licensed real-estate broker partner handles listing review, buyer introductions, viewings, negotiations and closing assistance under a written agreement. Pasabid provides the technology and transaction coordination.

Are the figures on a listing guaranteed?

No. Figures are supplied by the seller and reviewed against documents where possible. Anything unconfirmed is labelled as an estimate, and statement dates are shown so you can see how current a balance is.
